Shipping
All items are sent from Auckland, New Zealand and will leave Kindly HQ within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery and allow for additional days during busy periods such as sales, Christmas, and other public holidays.

Important information
- We encourage you to double check the address is correct as Kindly, the label is not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address.
- We will provide a tracking number to you once your item has been sent. Please use this to track your package.
- Kindly, the label is not responsible for the loss or damage of your package during its journey to you.
- Kindly, the label is not responsible for courier costs on ANY returns.
Returns and Exchanges
We want to ensure you love your Kindly pieces and wear it with pride so if you change your mind about your purchase, we will happily exchange the item or offer a store credit within the first 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. You will need to email your exchange request along with your order number to hello@kindlythelabel.co.nz
Returns and Exchanges – Important information
- Kindly, the label is not able to offer an exchange or return on earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons. We encourage you to choose your earrings carefully as the sale is final.
- We accept exchanges within 14 days from the day your tracking number shows your package has been delivered.
- Please allow 3-5 days for your return / exchange request to be processed and confirmed by the Kindly team via email.
- Kindly, the label is not responsible for the courier costs of returning your pieces.
- Kindly, the label will not accept returns if they are not returned in original condition, are scratched, damaged, been worn or are not in original packaging.
- Kindly, the label will not accept returns on sale items. We encourage you to choose sale items carefully as the sale is final.
- Kindly, the label is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
- Kindly, the label will not accept a return due to mishandling and incorrect care of your piece/s. Please ensure you follow our jewellery care guidelines carefully. Note: PH levels, body oils and perspiration acidity vary from person to person and therefore may cause discolouration or oxidisation to your pieces. Kindly, the label does not accept returns or exchanges on these pieces, should this situation arise.
